About the event
Hello everyone,
Here is more information about my Pilates, painting and guided swim morning retreat 🌊
The session will run from 10am-1pm on the 10th of September and will be at the Power House in Llandysul. The event tickets includes -
Brunch (drinks, granola, fruit and pastries)
Guided river swim with an open water swimming coach
Art workshop - Relaxing print making workshop, exploring gelli printing techniques to create a piece to take home
